This excerpt was taken from the Fairport Herald and is included here with fond memories of all the ice cream cones eaten on a hot summer evening at King's. I can see Shadow yet, dipping ice cream behind the counter and sometimes Aunt Minnie would wander in to talk to anyone there. I'm sure it brings back fond memories for all the 'King's' who grew up in the Fairport area.
